I teach STEM subjects, specialising in maths and physics, from 11+ entrance exams through to selected university modules. I’m a third-year Aerospace Engineering student at the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands, and I’ve been tutoring privately for 5+ years.

Meet Your Tutor

Hello — I’m Sana.

I’m a third-year Aerospace Engineering student studying my bachelor’s at the Technical University of Delft, and I plan on completing my master’s there too. Currently I’m on an exchange abroad, studying at Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, where I’ve enrolled in five STEM-related master’s courses.

I completed my IGCSEs and A-Levels in London. For my IGCSEs I took all Sciences, Maths, Further Maths, English, Art, Geography and Italian. For my A-Levels I took Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Art. With a strong foundation in sciences and maths, I offer tutoring in STEM subjects.

I worked through these papers myself not long ago, so I teach around what the exam actually asks for — the method marks, the wording examiners look for, and the handful of question types that decide a grade.

I teach every level the same way: understand the idea properly, then practise it against real past-paper questions until it’s automatic.

A short call — 15 minutes — so I can understand the student’s goals, current level and the exam they’re working towards.

We settle on a rhythm that fits around school.

Lessons on Teams

Lessons run on Teams, with an interactive online whiteboard so my student and I can work on the same page at the same time. I teach maths and physics for any examination board, and chemistry for Edexcel. I teach the content, then we work through past paper questions.
